Several types of anxiet are recognised including acute situational anxiety(which is usually shorterm)generalised anxiety disorder and adjustment disorder,Panic Disorder,Post Traumetic stress Disorder,Phobias,and obsessive compulsive disorder in illness section.Generalised anxiety is defined as unrealistic or excessive anxiety for 6 months or longer.Anxiety is the most common mental health problem in the world.
