Patient either asymptomatic or present with headach,Dizziness,fatigue,or nervousness or with complication like LVF,IHD,(Retinal haemorrhage and exudate,CVA,renal failure or hypertensive encephalopathy.
Low salt diet as it causes increase in blood volume and peripheral resistance
Stop smoking it causes athrosclerosis
Control Diabeties and reduce weight.
Avoid Hurry,worry,tension,stress,alcohol and excessive fat.
