Weight loss inspite of increase appetite sweating ,tremor,tachycardia,heat intolerance,insomnia diarrhoea,reslessness,oilgomennorrhoea in females,upper lid retraction,exophthalmos,thyroid gland may be enlarged and bruit over thyroid,plasma T3&T4 increase and serum TSH decreased.
